We will start by helping your mind and body to slow down giving you immediate relief from stress and tension and creating a sense of internal safety. Together we will work on the subconscious patterns of overthinking, worry and negativity, re-wiring the thought process to create a more positive, calmer mental state. We will re-inforce these new patterns enabling you build confidence and self-trust.
Many clients begin noticing shifts within the first couple of sessions, with deeper, more lasting changes as the program progresses.
Each session is private, guided, and adapted to your needs.
